Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | San Bernardino, California

Desired Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in California (CFY or CCC)
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in a school setting preferred, especially with mild to moderate elementary populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently onsite; remote work is not available
• No SLPA supervision required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students at two elementary sites
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Provide direct interventions for students with mild to moderate speech and language impairments
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
• Complete IEP documentation, progress notes, and other required reports timely
• Engage in supportive, inclusive, and positive school cultures as a valued specialist
