Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP or in the process for CFY candidates
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (Pre-K – 5th grade)
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with and supporting SLPAs and utilizing VOCO as needed

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment and therapeutic services to students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to reinforce communication goals in classroom activities
  • Supervise and consult with SLPAs and participate in regular VOCO check-ins
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to all compliance procedures
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and trainings as requested
