Speech Language Pathologist CFY - San Francisco, CA

Enhance the educational experience of young learners as a Contract Speech-Language Pathologist working full time for the 2025-2026 school year in a vibrant school community near San Francisco. This rewarding opportunity focuses on providing support for students from Pre-K to 5th grade and welcomes both seasoned professionals and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, with supervision provided for those beginning their careers.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply, with supervision available
• Experience working with Pre-K to elementary-age students preferred
• Ability to supervise and support SLPAs and participate in VOCO (virtual/on-campus) check-ins
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to children in Pre-K through 5th grade, individually and in small groups
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, ensuring best practices in therapy and documentation
• Utilize a variety of materials and assistive technologies to enhance student engagement and outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain accurate records
