Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license, or eligibility for licensure in California
- Open to recent graduates; supervision provided for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Interest in working with elementary-aged students, from Pre-K to 5th grade
- Comfortable collaborating with educational staff and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in grades Pre-K to 5
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of student progress and services
- Serve as a resource to fellow staff, including checking in with SLPAs and virtual clinicians (VOCO)
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate goals and progress with families and teachers
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current on best practices
