Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state SLP license, or eligibility for licensure in California
  • Open to recent graduates; supervision provided for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Interest in working with elementary-aged students, from Pre-K to 5th grade
  • Comfortable collaborating with educational staff and families

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in grades Pre-K to 5
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of student progress and services
  • Serve as a resource to fellow staff, including checking in with SLPAs and virtual clinicians (VOCO)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate goals and progress with families and teachers
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current on best practices
