Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Holds or eligible for CCC or CF (Clinical Fellowship candidates welcome)
  • Previous experience in school settings or similar pediatric caseloads preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and best practices for special education
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy to students with mild to moderate speech/language needs
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
  • Manage time between two school sites (McBride/Millikan Specialized Healthcare and Mild/Moderate SDC)
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Provide consultation and recommendations for classroom teachers and caregivers
