Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Santa Ana, CA

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active CA SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based experience a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation, progress reports, and assessments in compliance with school and state regulations
• Provide guidance and training to teachers and families to better support students
• Collaborate with other education professionals to foster a supportive learning environment
• Participate in meetings and professional development as required
