Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and ability to obtain appropriate state licensure
- Familiarity with school-based caseloads and individualized education program (IEP) development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
- Adaptability to serve diverse populations and student needs, including those in specialized and self-contained classrooms
- Willingness to travel between assigned locations as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social-emotional growth
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in alignment with district and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for service delivery models and accommodations
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment
