Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and ability to obtain appropriate state licensure
  • Familiarity with school-based caseloads and individualized education program (IEP) development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
  • Adaptability to serve diverse populations and student needs, including those in specialized and self-contained classrooms
  • Willingness to travel between assigned locations as required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social-emotional growth
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in alignment with district and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for service delivery models and accommodations
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment
