You’ll work 32 hours per week, engaging with students, educators, and families to foster communication growth and student success.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure required (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow [CFY] eligible)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language pathology
- Ability to work with mild/moderate SDC and CDC populations
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic school settings
- Commitment to evidence-based interventions and data-driven decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with special education and general education staff
- Engage parents/guardians in student progress and strategies for carryover
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by district and state guidelines
- Support professional growth with mentorship opportunities (CFYs welcome)
