Step into a dynamic school-based environment providing speech-language support for students in mild/moderate SDC and CDC settings. You’ll work 32 hours per week, engaging with students, educators, and families to foster communication growth and student success.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP licensure required (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow [CFY] eligible)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language pathology
  • Ability to work with mild/moderate SDC and CDC populations
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic school settings
  • Commitment to evidence-based interventions and data-driven decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to assigned students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Collaborate with special education and general education staff
  • Engage parents/guardians in student progress and strategies for carryover
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by district and state guidelines
  • Support professional growth with mentorship opportunities (CFYs welcome)
