Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Holds credential as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
  • Experience or strong interest in a K-12 educational setting
  • Knowledgeable about managing caseloads and prioritizing student needs
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals
  • Committed to upholding best practices in assessment and intervention
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and documentation
  • Work with a diverse caseload at various grade levels, supporting students with a range of communication needs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Consult and collaborate with educators and caregivers to ensure consistent support
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input
  • Foster an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere
