Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in South Bend, IN

Step into a rewarding role supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow. This full-time, contract assignment spans 40 hours each week, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through May 28, 2027. You’ll work under the school calendar, collaborating across the district to serve where you’re most needed.

Key Qualifications:

• Holds valid credentials: SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Experience or training in school settings serving K-12 is preferred
• Dedicated to maintaining reasonable, effective caseloads
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work with various age groups and needs across the district

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students as assigned
• Assess and identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success and carry out IEP goals
• Accurately document student progress and participate in team meetings as needed
• Support a positive and inclusive educational environment for all learners
