Soliant is seeking a motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP CF) to join a supportive school district in Steger, Illinois for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year in a collaborative school setting with strong mentorship and support.

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite position

• 2026–2027 school year

• Caseload: K–12 students (details provided during interview)

• Responsibilities include providing direct therapy services, supporting evaluations, participating in IEP meetings, and tracking student progress

CF Support Includes:

• ASHA-compliant supervision throughout the CF year

• Mentorship from experienced school-based SLPs

• Support with evaluations, treatment planning, and IEP development

• Ongoing professional development and clinical guidance

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or pending graduation)

• Eligibility for Illinois SLP CF licensure

• Strong interest in school-based settings

• School-based practicum experience preferred but not required

Compensation for this position ranges from $34.31 to $54.31. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
