What You'll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Active or pending state SLP license required
- Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with teletherapy for extended support is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide targeted therapy to support improvement in communication, language, and swallowing abilities
- Track students’ progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary
- Educate and engage with families and caregivers to enhance student progress beyond the therapy setting
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and the best possible outcomes
