What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for communication and swallowing challenges
  • Deliver targeted interventions to enhance students’ communication abilities
  • Track progress, adjust therapeutic strategies, and maintain accurate records
  • Provide education and resources to families and caregivers to support learning and growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and healthcare colleagues for a holistic approach
  • Support students across the spectrum, from those with mild articulation concerns to complex language or cognitive needs

Required Background:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active or pending state SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA highly preferred
  • School-based experience is a plus, but not required
  • Confidence working with pediatric populations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
