What You'll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Active or pending state SLP license required
• Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with teletherapy for extended support is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide targeted therapy to support improvement in communication, language, and swallowing abilities
• Track students’ progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Educate and engage with families and caregivers to enhance student progress beyond the therapy setting
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and the best possible outcomes
