Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active or pending state SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA—highly valued
  • Experience working with pediatric populations or in schools is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work with direct and indirect services, with guaranteed hours

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans for students
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving speech, language, and swallowing skills
  • Track student progress, refine treatment approaches, and maintain detailed documentation
  • Provide education and support to families, caregivers, and educators on therapeutic goals
