Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or pending state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA—highly valued
- Experience working with pediatric populations or in schools is preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work with direct and indirect services, with guaranteed hours
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans for students
- Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving speech, language, and swallowing skills
- Track student progress, refine treatment approaches, and maintain detailed documentation
