What You’ll Do:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver engaging, effective interventions to help students improve communication and swallowing skills
• Document therapy progress, modify strategies, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and fellow professionals to promote exceptional care
• Offer guidance and education to families regarding communication techniques and progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student development

What You Bring:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or pending state SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA highly valued
• Prior school experience is an advantage, but new graduates (CFY) are welcome
• Skills in pediatrics, healthcare, and/or teletherapy desirable
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
