Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Accepting ASHA CCC or CFY candidates
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services for students with diverse needs
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support achievement and communication goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
