Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - West Point, MS

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Current Mississippi SLP license (required)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Background or interest in working in school settings
• Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Strong skills in pediatric care and teletherapy platforms are a plus
• Collaborative and compassionate approach to working with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication services to K-12 students
• Assess, diagnose, and create effective treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation according to federal, state, and district policies
• Adapt to various service delivery models, including teletherapy where applicable
