Qualifications and Experience:
- Active or pending New Mexico PED licensure at time of hire (NMPED—pending status acceptable), with NMRLD required by start date
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or interest in school-based or pediatric caseloads preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for fostering student success and growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver tailored therapy services
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress
- Participate actively in multi-disciplinary teams and IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff for holistic student care
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
