Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active or pending New Mexico PED licensure at time of hire (NMPED—pending status acceptable), with NMRLD required by start date
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience or interest in school-based or pediatric caseloads preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for fostering student success and growth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver tailored therapy services
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress
  • Participate actively in multi-disciplinary teams and IEP meetings
  • Consult with teachers, families, and support staff for holistic student care
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
