Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
  • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
  • Passion for helping elementary-aged children reach their communication goals
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students across two schools
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Document student progress and maintain confidential records in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent support for students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of student goals
  • Advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community
  • Engage in opportunities for professional development and mentorship throughout your Clinical Fellowship Year
