Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders
  • Active SLP license in Pennsylvania, or eligibility for licensure
  • CCC-SLP credential preferred; strong CFs are encouraged to apply
  • Experience supporting elementary-aged students; comfort with K-12 caseloads a plus
  • Commitment to collaboration, innovation, and professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across designated caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and team collaboration
