Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based opportunity in the Champaign area for the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for a dedicated clinician who is passionate about supporting students' communication development and helping them achieve success in the educational setting.
This position offers the opportunity to work alongside educators, families, and support staff to provide meaningful services that positively impact student outcomes.
Position Details

- Pay Range: $40-$60 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, and district budget.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- School-based experience preferred but not required
