  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for partnering with educators, families, and diverse student populations
  • Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing varied caseloads

In this role, you will:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and carry out individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, progress notes, and parent communications
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute professional insights
  • Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support students’ speech and language development
