Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
  • Active SLP state license or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, ideally K-12 populations
  • Ability to evaluate and implement evidence-based interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
  • Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech or language concerns
  • Develop and execute Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct speech therapy services to individuals and small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain clear documentation and ongoing communication regarding student performance
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Provide support and resources to school staff, aiding overall student learning and development
