What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license in South Carolina (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP credential or completion/intent to complete CFY
- Experience working with elementary-age children preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to creating an inclusive, nurturing school environment
What you’ll do:
- Conduct assessments and provide diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs alongside the education team
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy to students individually and in groups
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies to maximize student success
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote achievement
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development as needed
