What you bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP license in South Carolina (or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP credential or completion/intent to complete CFY
• Experience working with elementary-age children preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

What you’ll do:

• Conduct assessments and provide diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs alongside the education team
• Deliver direct speech/language therapy to students individually and in groups
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies to maximize student success
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote achievement
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development as needed
