You’ll work with a diverse caseload, helping students enhance their speech, language, and social skills—equipping them for success in academics and life. Your expertise will directly impact students’ confidence and independence, while you enjoy the professional support and flexibility that contract roles offer.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license for SC (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based assessment and intervention
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a range of ages, K-12, and abilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Experience collaborating with teachers, parents, and educational teams
  • School-based SLP experience is a plus, though not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech and language needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services in individual or group settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and timely student records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ classroom integration and progress
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust interventions as needed to maximize student achievement
