This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference while working onsite three days per week, collaborating closely with faculty and school staff to develop innovative strategies that empower students to reach their communicative potential.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid CCC-SLP certification required
  • Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
  • Prior experience in a school setting, preferably with middle or high school populations
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Adaptability to work in both middle and high school environments as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students requiring speech and language support
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to integrate therapy goals into students’ academic plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and professional insight
  • Serve as a resource to school staff and families regarding speech-language disorders and intervention strategies
