Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFs considered
  • Previous experience in a school environment is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
  • Passion for helping children achieve their educational goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Document progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to support student development
  • Stay current with best practices and compliance standards
