Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFs considered
- Previous experience in a school environment is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Passion for helping children achieve their educational goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to support student development
- Stay current with best practices and compliance standards
