Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible for Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
  • Previous experience working in school settings is an advantage
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy in individual and group settings
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide guidance and education to staff and parents as needed
