Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible for Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
- Previous experience working in school settings is an advantage
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy in individual and group settings
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district policies
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions
- Provide guidance and education to staff and parents as needed
