What we’re looking for:

• Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Active DOE certification as an SLP
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including fingerprinting
• Enthusiasm for fostering growth in elementary-aged students
• Adaptability in managing varying assignments and caseloads

In this role, you will:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct therapeutic services to elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to optimize student progress
• Maintain compliant documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Adapt interventions to best meet the needs of an evolving student caseload
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
