What we’re looking for:
- Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Active DOE certification as an SLP
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including fingerprinting
- Enthusiasm for fostering growth in elementary-aged students
- Adaptability in managing varying assignments and caseloads
In this role, you will:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct therapeutic services to elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to optimize student progress
- Maintain compliant documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Adapt interventions to best meet the needs of an evolving student caseload
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
