This role offers 37.5 hours per week, with work hours ranging between 7:15 am and 4:15 pm, and some flexibility to support your needs. Assignments are focused on elementary-age students, ensuring you engage deeply with young learners during crucial formative years. Your expertise will help students find their voice, thrive academically, and build essential communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathology licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience with elementary school-age children preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to perform therapy, conduct evaluations, participate in meetings, and write detailed reports
  • Adaptable and eager to work in a collaborative educational setting

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students
  • Complete evaluations and develop individualized education plans
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress records
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Provide consultative services and professional input as needed

This role is available as soon as possible and continues through May 21, 2026. Compensation is offered at $40 to $50 an hour, rewarding your dedication and specialized skills.
