Key Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligible state SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and students
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Passion for supporting diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address unique student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress toward goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Provide resources and training to school staff where needed
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
