Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active or eligible state SLP license
  • SLP-CCC or strong SLP-CFY candidates welcome
  • Experience in school settings or interest in school-based therapy
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop rapport with elementary and middle-grade students

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify student speech-language needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, families, and special education staff to foster student progress
  • Documenting and monitoring student outcomes and compliance with school and federal guidelines
  • Participating in IEP meetings and ongoing progress monitoring
  • Supporting education staff with strategies for speech, language, and communication needs
