Ideal Background and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, or strong Clinical Fellow applicants considered
  • Familiarity with pediatric populations and school settings
  • Knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and effective communication strategies
  • Ability to engage collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educational teams to support student learning and inclusion
  • Deliver direct and consultative services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and team discussions
  • Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families
