Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Provide engaging therapy sessions focused on achieving targeted speech and language outcomes
- Diligently monitor and document student progress using best practice protocols
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other specialists to coordinate interventions and services
- Involve and educate families, fostering their participation in the therapy process
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged children, ideally within a school setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work both independently and as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team
To be considered, you must have an active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in the appropriate state, and must have obtained a master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
