Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Chehalis, Washington

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Prior experience in educational or pediatric healthcare settings highly valued
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to a varied caseload of students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals in accordance with student needs and IEP requirements
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support personnel to foster student progress
• Document services and monitor progress toward established goals
• Offer support and consultation to school staff and families regarding effective communication strategies
