School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Chehalis, Washington

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative team environments
• Demonstrated commitment to comprehensive documentation and care coordination

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete in-depth evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Deliver speech and language therapy sessions targeting IEP goals and student needs
• Diligently monitor, track, and document student progress
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Educate and involve families throughout the intervention process to maximize outcomes
