Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans targeting student-specific goals
- Offer engaging and effective therapy sessions that foster communication development
- Diligently track student progression and maintain accurate, detailed documentation
- Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to optimize coordinated care
- Empower families through education and regular involvement in the therapeutic process
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is a strong plus
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team
To be considered, candidates must have an active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in the state, as well as a Master’s or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
