Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide full-time leave coverage from September through December at a welcoming elementary school. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young learners while working alongside an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist in a collaborative school environment.

Onsite position
Elementary school setting (Preschool – 2nd Grade)
Supportive special education and therapy team

Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities
Document student progress and maintain accurate service records
Prepare therapy materials and support classroom-based interventions
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success
Ensure compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program
Active state SLPA license or certification (as required)
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged students is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
