Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide full-time leave coverage from September through December at a supportive elementary school. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with younger students and wants to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative educational setting.
Position Details
Full-time hours
September – December leave coverage
Onsite position
Elementary school setting (Preschool – 2nd Grade)
Manage a pediatric caseload focused on early communication development
Supportive team environment

Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and communication needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply if eligible
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $44.87 to $64.87. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
