Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations for students presenting with speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific communication goals
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions, tracking measurable progress toward client outcomes
  • Diligently document each student’s advancements and maintain clear, timely records
  • Collaborate effectively with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team—including educators and specialists—to ensure coordinated, holistic care
  • Involve families, offering education and guidance to support each child’s communication journey beyond the classroom

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team contributor

To be eligible, candidates must hold an active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology and have a Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
