Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students presenting with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals
- Lead engaging therapy sessions to address speech, language, and communication skills
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and other specialists to ensure cohesive, student-centered support
- Engage family members in the therapy process, providing guidance and resources as needed
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
- Current or eligible state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a school setting
- Active State Board of Speech Language Pathology license required
