Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students presenting with speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals
  • Lead engaging therapy sessions to address speech, language, and communication skills
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and other specialists to ensure cohesive, student-centered support
  • Engage family members in the therapy process, providing guidance and resources as needed

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
  • Current or eligible state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a school setting
  • Active State Board of Speech Language Pathology license required
