Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP license in Washington, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans reflecting student goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, assess, and provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records, document student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology
