Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to craft and follow individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Proficient with virtual platforms and technology, as appropriate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to develop effective intervention plans
  • Provide both direct and consultative therapy services as required
