Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to craft and follow individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Proficient with virtual platforms and technology, as appropriate
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to develop effective intervention plans
- Provide both direct and consultative therapy services as required
