Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Current SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of Washington
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs considered
  • Prior experience in K-12 school settings highly valued
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and effective collaboration strategies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Desire to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-based population
  • Develop individualized treatment plans centered on each student’s needs and IEP goals
  • Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Engage with teachers, families, and staff to create supportive learning environments
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and school-wide initiatives
