Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students, identifying strengths and areas for growth
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation related to assessment, progress, and services provided
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and offer expert recommendations for effective interventions
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff and families to maximize student outcomes and promote carryover of skills
