Qualifications:

• Active Virginia SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred, will consider Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (SLP-CFY)
• Previous experience in pediatric or K-12 settings is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Clinical expertise working with diverse disorders and populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in K-12 schools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, maintain thorough documentation, and communicate regularly with families and educational teams
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and student evaluations as needed
