Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Virginia SLP license required
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-based populations (K-12)
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Background in healthcare SLP settings is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language diagnostic and therapeutic services to students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet IEP goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and special education staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and services delivered
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
