Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligibility for state SLP licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working in K-12 school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to foster positive relationships with students and colleagues
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a commitment to evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver tailored interventions both individually and in group settings
  • Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
  • Engage with families, providing updates and support for carryover strategies
  • Contribute to a collaborative school environment, sharing expertise and resources
