Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will also be considered
• Familiarity with IEP processes and progress monitoring
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings
• Document student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Address a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in the school setting
• Support carryover of communication skills into the classroom and home environment
