Step into a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference in students’ lives as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming academic year. This contract role promises diversity and growth, serving two sites and supporting students from pre-kindergarten through fourth grade. You’ll provide essential speech and language services in a collaborative school environment, located near Cheshire, MA, from August 25th, 2026 through June 11th, 2027. This position is fully on-site, allowing you to work daily with a dedicated multidisciplinary team and actively engage with students and staff.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility prior to the start date
  • Experience with elementary school caseloads, specifically Pre-K through 4th grade, highly valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of IEP processes and documentation best practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct therapeutic services to students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and support teams to promote student progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and legal guidelines
  • Deliver therapy sessions at two designated sites, adapting strategies to optimize outcomes for diverse learners
  • Engage in team meetings, contribute to student success planning, and participate in professional development as needed
