Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students with complex communication needs. This position focuses on delivering speech-language pathology services within a specialized program serving students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Rett Syndrome, and other developmental or medical diagnoses. Working onsite every day, you’ll be part of a highly supportive and collaborative team of seven experienced SLPs, helping students develop essential communication skills through individualized and multimodal approaches, including AAC.
You’ll have the chance to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, teachers of the visually impaired, and BCBAs. With a unique 3:1 service delivery model and no case management or school duty responsibilities, you’ll have time for focused therapy, documentation, and professional growth—all without the requirement to travel between campuses.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state SLP license and Educator Certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous SLP experience in a school or with complex needs populations is a plus
- Willingness to learn and implement AAC supports encouraged
- Passion for working in a collaborative, student-centered setting
