This role is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC credentials, eager to make a difference during the summer months. In this part-time position, you’ll be providing services two days a week, with each day spanning 5-6 hours—totaling about 10-12 hours weekly. The assignment begins in June and runs through the first week of August, offering a structured yet flexible schedule.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid state licensure as required
  • Prior experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • No AAC user experience required for this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student’s unique needs
  • Provide direct, evidence-based therapy sessions in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain detailed records to monitor student progress and document sessions
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and families to support comprehensive student development
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed
