You'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to address diverse speech, language, and communication needs. With a weekly commitment of 32.5 hours, you will have the chance to make a substantial impact through direct therapy, evaluations, and individualized plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Open to both experienced SLPs and clinical fellows
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload spanning K-12
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Comfortable providing in-person services in multiple school settings

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver direct therapy services tailored to each student's IEP
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress
  • Engage with families, teachers, and school staff to ensure collaborative support
  • Travel between two school buildings as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
