Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Open to both experienced SLPs and clinical fellows
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload spanning K-12
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable providing in-person services in multiple school settings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy services tailored to each student's IEP
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Engage with families, teachers, and school staff to ensure collaborative support
- Travel between two school buildings as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
