Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience supporting students in school settings highly valued
- Expertise in evaluation, development, and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, educators, and families
- Ability to provide therapy, assessments, and develop treatment plans for a diverse student population
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students, individually or in small groups
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to address student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Regularly participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Serve as a resource to educators and families, providing strategies and support that foster student success
