This contract opportunity comes with a competitive hourly range between $40 and $55, based on your experience.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Experience supporting students in school settings highly valued
  • Expertise in evaluation, development, and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, educators, and families
  • Ability to provide therapy, assessments, and develop treatment plans for a diverse student population

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students, individually or in small groups
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to address student needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Regularly participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Serve as a resource to educators and families, providing strategies and support that foster student success
