School Speech Language Pathologist - Chesterton, Indiana

This position offers a consistent 35-hour workweek, beginning August 10, 2026, and continuing through May 28, 2027. What You'll Need:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Indiana (CCC-SLP preferred; CFY considered)
• Experience working with K-12 students in an educational environment
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet individual needs
• Dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive learning experiences

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions individually or in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide resources and training as needed to staff and family members
