This position offers a consistent 35-hour workweek, beginning August 10, 2026, and continuing through May 28, 2027. What You'll Need:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Indiana (CCC-SLP preferred; CFY considered)
- Experience working with K-12 students in an educational environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet individual needs
- Dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive learning experiences
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide resources and training as needed to staff and family members
