Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current or pending Indiana SLP licensure
  • Prior experience working with children in a school-based environment (K-12 preferred)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of personalized education plans
  • Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and professional guidelines
