What you bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state license or eligibility for Indiana SLP licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred (consideration given to strong CFY candidates)
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations a plus
  • Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Collaborative spirit and passion for teamwork with educators and families

What you’ll do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders within the school setting
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and document student outcomes
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Provide both direct and consultative services in a variety of educational contexts
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for multidisciplinary planning
