Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current and valid SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) in Wyoming
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY applicants considered
- Previous pediatrics or school-based experience is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students, addressing a variety of communication disorders
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Offer support and resources to classroom staff and parents, enhancing each student’s access to learning
- Engage actively in professional development and school community activities
