As an SLP in this full-time, onsite role, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to support students—ranging in age from preschoolers to young adults up to 21. You’ll gain hands-on experience with a wide range of speech and communication needs and refine your skillset by adapting to different leadership styles and best practices across multiple school settings.

Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois SLP license required
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) for Illinois
  • Experience with school-age populations (ages 3–21) is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in an onsite, in-person-only environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy for students
  • Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with each student’s IEP
  • Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and communicate progress to families and staff
