Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), CCC required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and manage diverse caseloads
- Passion for early childhood education and speech-language development
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to early childhood students.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to develop and implement IEPs.
- Conduct assessments, document student progress, and participate in team meetings.
- Consult with colleagues regarding effective intervention strategies.
- Support an inclusive and engaging learning environment for students with diverse needs.
Role Details:
- Part-time: 2.5 days per week, approximately 18 hours
- Focused on early childhood learners for the entire school year
- Two full-time SLP roles available as maternity leave coverage for elementary students, running August–October and August–December
