Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or qualification as a Clinical Fellow (CFY candidates welcome)
- Experience or strong interest in working with early childhood populations
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior school-based or pediatric healthcare experience preferred
- Commitment to working onsite; remote work is not available
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Please note: SLPAs are not being considered for this position
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostics for students ages 3-5
- Develop and implement individualized therapy in accordance with IEPs
- Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
- Maintain meticulous progress records and documentation
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and support staff
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes
- Engage and educate families on strategies to support communication at home
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all learners
