School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Chicago, Illinois

Full-time is preferred, but part-time arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates. Please note: this position is open exclusively to SLPs; SLPAs are not eligible.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active license or eligibility as an SLP in Illinois
• CCC-SLP credential or in-progress CFY (support and supervision available)
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in early childhood populations
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience advantageous
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working exclusively onsite with young learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy services to early childhood students, fostering communication skills that support academic and social growth
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate in the development and monitoring of IEPs
• Partner closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and data tracking in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate actively in meetings, professional development, and campus activities
