Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or pending CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start)
  • Experience or passion for working in early childhood/school settings
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse student populations and interdisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to onsite-only service; virtual/remote not available
  • No SLPAs; SLP-credentialed clinicians only

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in early childhood students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with school goals and best practices
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and family members to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
  • Monitor and adjust interventions as necessary to enhance student outcomes
  • Offer support, resources, and education to families regarding their child’s communication needs
