Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or completion of an SLPA program
  • Current licensure or eligibility in Illinois for SLP or SLPA
  • CCC certification preferred but not required (CF candidates will be considered)
  • Proven ability to support diverse learners from preschool through eighth grade
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students with varying needs and severities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other school-based professionals
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with policies and procedures
  • Engage in regular communication to support student goals and monitor outcomes
