Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or completion of an SLPA program
- Current licensure or eligibility in Illinois for SLP or SLPA
- CCC certification preferred but not required (CF candidates will be considered)
- Proven ability to support diverse learners from preschool through eighth grade
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students with varying needs and severities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other school-based professionals
- Document progress and maintain compliance with policies and procedures
- Engage in regular communication to support student goals and monitor outcomes
