Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing CFY
  • Illinois state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience with school-aged children and pediatric caseloads
  • Familiarity with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery models
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, documentation, and progress tracking
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement customized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families
  • Deliver direct and consultative services to students in both individual and group formats
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation on student progress and therapy results
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery as needed
  • Offer guidance and support to students' families and school staff
